Sometimes we pray - and there's seemingly no change. Sometimes we pray, and we become discouraged. Sometimes we pray and we wonder if it matters. When God seems to delay in answering our prayers, what do we do? How do we understand this? What is God accomplishing? Simply this, my friends: He's teaching you to know and trust his promises more firmly, more strongly, more surely. And so we pray - we pray persistently!
