When the people of Israel were about to cross into the Promised Land, Moses their leader encouraged them: "Hold fast to the Lord." Though our context is different, God's Word still speaks this same message to us: Hold fast to the Lord. Never let his great saving acts in Jesus Christ fade from your heart as long as you live. See what he has done for you in Jesus, see what he promises you in Christ, and hold fast to him!
