Join Ascension on Saturday, July 19, for a special Friends and Family Community CPR Event!
This free, hands-on session, led by an American Heart Association trainer, will teach you potentially life-saving compression-only CPR. You'll get practical experience with proper compression techniques, learn about AED functionality, and have your questions answered.
While this event does not provide formal certification, it's designed to equip you to act confidently in an emergency. Since most cardiac emergencies happen to someone you know, your preparation could be critical for a loved one.
What you'll get:
